Toners and Drums

Copystar and Kyocera toner cartridges use fewer components in their assembly then most of their competitors, thereby making them more environmentally friendly. Brandon Business Machines stocks toners for all current models sold and serviced by BBM along with toners for most older Copystar models. Toners not stocked can be quickly ordered from our various vendors.

The drums utilized by Copystar and Kyocera products are a proprietary design. This design provides for long-life, up to 4.8 million copies, as well as materials which are safer for the environment.

 

 

Maintenance and Service

All Copystar and Kyocera products are designed with technology that is environmentally friendly and highly economical to maintain. With long-life components and high yield consumables the time interval between required services has been greatly extended. Brandon Business Machines offers service contracts on all new equipment which our sales personnel or technicians will be happy to explain to you. But, as with any mechanical device, problems will occur and when this happens simply contact us by phone or e-mail, and we will dispatch one of our service technicians to handle the problem. While our service contract customers have priority, our service response for non-contract customers is usually 24 hours or less.
